* VISIBILITIES...One quarter mile or less at times.

* TIMING...Through 10 am this morning.

* IMPACTS...Dense fog will cause difficult driving conditions.
Some areas have temperatures near or below freezing, which could
cause slippery roads, especially on bridges and overpasses.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Dense Fog Advisory means visibilities will frequently be
reduced to less than one quarter mile. If driving, slow down, use
your headlights, and leave plenty of distance ahead of you.

...HIGH WIND WARNING IN EFFECT FROM 4 PM THIS AFTERNOON TO 3 AM
PST MONDAY NEAR BEACHES AND HEADLANDS...

The National Weather Service in Portland has issued a High Wind
Warning Near Beaches and Headlands, which is in effect from 4 PM
this afternoon to 3 AM PST Monday.

* WINDS...Near beaches and headlands, south wind 25 to 35 mph with
gusts to 60 mph. In coastal communities, south wind 15 to 25 mph
with gusts to 40 mph.

* TIMING...Sunday afternoon through Sunday night.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A High Wind Warning means a hazardous high wind event is expected
or occurring. Sustained wind speeds of at least 40 mph or gusts
of 58 mph or more can lead to property damage.
